By accessing or using Relay ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
Relay is a browser extension and web application that enables users to relay AI conversations across multiple large language model (LLM) providers, including but not limited to Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Grok, without losing context. The Service facilitates seamless model switching and conversation continuity.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at hello@relay.app if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts at our discretion.
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable; (c) impersonate any person or entity; (d) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service; (e) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems; or (f) use automated means to access or scrape the Service without prior written consent.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to design, text, graphics, logos, and code, are the exclusive property of Relay and its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.
Relay integrates with third-party AI model providers. Your use of those providers through the Service is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. Relay is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of third-party AI outputs. You acknowledge that AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Certain features of the Service are available only through paid subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are issued at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' prior notice.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Relay does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Relay and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, without liability. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction as mutually agreed upon by both parties.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page or by sending an email. Your continued use of the Service after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
