Your privacy matters to us. This Privacy Policy explains how Relay collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards your information when you use our Service.
We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account, subscribe to a plan, or contact us for support. This includes your name, email address, and payment information (processed securely through our payment provider). We also automatically collect certain technical information when you use the Service, such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and pages visited.
We use the information we collect to: (a) provide, operate, and maintain the Service; (b) process transactions and send related information, including purchase confirmations and invoices; (c) send technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support messages; (d) respond to your comments and questions; (e) monitor and analyze usage patterns to improve the Service; and (f) comply with applicable legal obligations.
Relay facilitates the relay of AI conversations between third-party model providers. We do not store the content of your AI conversations on our servers. Conversation data is transmitted directly between your browser and the respective AI provider's API using your own API credentials or through our proxied service. We have no access to or control over the content you send to or receive from AI models.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with trusted service providers who assist us in operating the Service (e.g., payment processors, hosting providers, analytics services), subject to confidentiality agreements. We may also disclose your information if required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Relay, our users, or the public.
When you use Relay to interact with third-party AI models (such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or Grok), your conversations are subject to the privacy policies and terms of service of those respective providers. We encourage you to review their privacy practices. Relay is not responsible for the data practices of third-party AI providers.
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain your session, remember your preferences, and analyze how the Service is used. You can control cookie settings through your browser. Disabling cookies may affect the functionality of the Service. We do not use cookies for targeted advertising.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encryption in transit (TLS), secure password hashing, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Service.
